Apollo 11: "One Small Step For..." VR Experiences

"Excursion: 164 Minutes on the Moon," is a fully immersive VR experience that allows the user when combined with three HTC Vive Trackers, the ability to wear a virtual A7L lunar excursion space suit and join Neil Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin on the moon through five events that took place during those 164 minutes.  But you are not just a passive observer, you can also help in collecting soil and rock samples, align the laser ranging retroreflector, use the ALSCC (Apollo Lunar Surface Closeup Camera) and even take pictures using your chest mounted Hasselblad 500EL with 60mm lens.  There is also a 'lite' version that does not require Vive Trackers and a "Sandbox" level that allows you to explore on your own the area around the LM (Lunar Module) with proximity activators that has Houston Control talking in your helmet about the equipment and locations around the site; including "frozen" versions of Buzz and Neil posed like Madam Tussauds wax figures as they were on that fateful day when they took one of the most famous images of the 20th century.
